MINI STORY DON’T CHANGE THE WORLD

Once upon a time, there was a king who ruled a prosperous country. One day, he went for a trip to some distant areas of his country. When he was back to his palace, he complained that his feet were very painful, because it was the first time that he went for such a long trip, and the road that he went through was very rough and stony. He then ordered his people to cover every road of the entire country with leather. Definitely, this would need thousands of cows’ skin, and would cost a huge amount of money. Then one of his wise servants dared himself to tell the king, “Why do you have to spend that unnecessary amount of money? Why don’t you just cut a little piece of leather to cover your feet?”

The king was surprised, but he later agreed to his suggestion, to make a “shoe” for himself.

There is actually a valuable lesson of life in this story: to make this world a happy place to live, you better change yourself – your heart; and not the world.

Short English Story Don’t Change The World In Urdu

DON’T CHANGE THE WORLD
Duniya ko tabdal mat karo

Once upon a time,
Aik dafa ka zikar hai

there was a king who ruled a prosperous country.
Aik badshah tha jo aik khushal mulk per hukumat karta tha

One day,
Aik din

he went for a trip to some distant areas of his country.
Wooh aik safar per gaya jo us ka mulk mein kuch door tha

When he was back to his palace,
Jab woh wapis apni jaga per aya
Jab woh wapis apney gher aya

he complained that his feet were very painful,
usnay shikayat ki thi kaa us ka pao bohat ziyda dhukh rahe hai

because it was the first time
kyo ka yeh pehli dafa tha

that he went for such a long trip,
k who itney lambey safar per gaya tha

and the road that he went through was very rough and stony.
Aur sarhrak jis sey woh guzra tha who bohat pathrili aur nahumar thi

He then ordered his people
Usney phir hukum diya apney logo ko

to cover every road of the entire country with leather.
Dhaanp le mulk ka tamam sarhak ko chamrra sey

Definitely, this would need thousands of cows’ skin,
Aur yaqeenan es k liye harazo behas ki chamrri chahye ho gi
aur yaqeenan us k liye hazaro gaye ki jild chahye ho gi

and would cost a huge amount of money.
Aur es liye bohat bari tadad mein paiso ki zarrort parhe gi

Then one of his wise servants dared himself to tell the king,
Phir us ki aik aqalmand nokar ney khud himat kar ka badshah sey kaha

“Why do you have to spend that unnecessary amount of money?
app ko kyo itney ziyda ghair zarrori paisey kharch karney hai

“Why don’t you just cut a little piece of leather to cover your feet?”
kyo na app chamrey ka chota sa tokra kat kar apney peero ko dhaanp le

The king was surprised, but he later agreed to his suggestion, to make a “shoe” for himself.
badshah haran hua tha lekin woh baad mein es maswarey sey razi ho gaya ka us ka liye aik jota banao

There is actually a valuable lesson of life in this story: to make this world a happy place to live,
yaha aik bohat hi qeemti zindagi ka sabak milta hai es kahni hai es duniya jeeney k liye khushi ki jaga banao

you better change yourself – your heart; and not the world.
app ko chahye app khud ko badaley apney dil ko badal aur na k duniya ko badaley
